An autopsy performed on the body of social media personality Aneka ‘Slickianna’ Townsend has identified strangulation as the cause of death.
A senior investigator told one876news that the autopsy was conducted on Saturday.
The body was found with a cord around the neck.
Patterson was captured during a police operation in Hanover last week.
He has since been charged with abduction and assault with intent to rob in relation to a 2018 incident in Duhaney Park, St. Andrew.
Social media influencer Donna-lee Donaldson was reported missing on July 13 by her mother, and cops theorise that she was killed on July 12 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Relying heavily on circumstantial evidence, detectives charged her boyfriend, cop Noel Maitland in August. The case is presently before the courts.
