Ninja Man is accused of the March 16, 2009 murder of Richard Johnson. He is jointly charged with his son Janiel and another man Dennis Clayton.

The Jamaican artiste, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine, was expected to stand trial in the Home Circuit Court on April 7th, but it had to be pushed back because there is another case before it.
