Down Sound Records CEO Josef Bogdanovich says they have fully complied with orders issued by the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation, KSAC, and in doing so, has suspended operations and downsized staff, making several engineers, artistes, and auxiliary staff temporarily unemployed.




Several weeks ago, the KSAC obtained a Supreme Court order, compelling Down Sound Records Limited to remove its studio which is in St Andrew Park Kingston 10 before September 16.
