The Guanaboa Vale CIB is presently conducting investigations surrounding the Fatal Shooting of one Isaac Foster 23 yrs old D.O.B 8/4/01 Labourer Pennypiece District, Kitson Town St. Catherine Committed on Monday December 30, 2024 about 2:15pm at *Dovecot #2 Cemetry. Information is that a burial was in progress for the late ######### of 4 Glenhome Close Kingston 2 when the now deceased who is believed to be of an unsound mind went there and tried to disrupt the burial.
It is alleged that the now deceased used a piece of concrete block to hit one of the mourners on the head and rip the body from the casket. The now deceased started throwing stones at the mourners to include licensed firearm holders ######### one of which caught ##### to his left side. The now deceased continued to advance to both men with stones and, in fear of their lives, discharged their weapons in his direction, hitting him. The Police was alerted, and Cpl. ###### and Constable ####### responded.
Upon seeing both licensed firearm holder with their firearms in hand. The officers discharged their weapons in the air and ordered both men to drop their weapons, which they did. The now deceased Foster and the injured mourner were rushed to the Spanish Town Hospital where Foster was pronounced dead and the mourner ########## Marketing Manager treated and released.
