US-based vlogger Cushane Carter, who is known in media circles as “CMR,” is all smiles as 2025 begins as his criminal case of sexual assault involving a minor dismissed in the Orange County, Florida courts.

According to public records, the charges were dismissed on December 30, 2024, following an investigation that determined the evidence presented did not support prosecution. The decision was signed by Assistant State Attorney Christopher Damian Ryan.

The 35-year-old was previously arrested on November 2, 2024, by the Apopka Police Department on charges of engaging in lewd and lascivious molestation involving an underage female. He was detained and released on November 4 after posting a $7,500 bond.
