LIME FULL BLACK SET TO BLAST OFF NEXT WEEKEND @one876 @bounce876

The line-up is Beenie Man, Lady Saw, Sizzla, Elephant Man, Ninja Man, Ding Dong, Kiprich and Ishawna, with Stone Love, Boom Boom and Flava Unit playing the recorded music as well as providing tracks for the performances. Horseman is quick to point out that there is also a set of younger artistes who will open. They are Quick Cook, Konfydence, Mr Khool, Kibaki, Venjance and Super Kong.

It is a traditional part of his promotions, which Horseman is intent on maintaining. “Artistes buss out of it,” Horseman said, naming Chuck Fendah and Spice among those who have performed in that segment.

The event is slated to start at 9 p.m. sharp, Horseman insistent that it will not go beyond the 2 a.m. cut-off point. “We don’t want a situation with the police. We will be on time,” Horseman said.

Part of LIME’s involvement is providing incentives to patrons on the night. In a press release, Stephen Miller, sponsorship and events manager at LIME, said, “Full Black has earned a reputation of being one of the finest dancehall events on the entertainment calendar, and LIME is happy to be on board.”

It will be hosted by LIME ambassador Pretty Boy Floyd. General admission is $1,000 presold and $1,500 at the gate, with rum-inclusive VIP $3,500 presold and $4,000 at the gate.

The tickets outlets are Total Dunrobin Avenue, Derrick Harriott in Twin Gates Plaza, York Pharmacy (Half-Way Tree), Photo Express (Little Premier Plaza), and Portmore Mall Pharmacy.
