Bodak Yellow rapper Cardi B jetted into the island yesterday to shoot a video for a song, produced by Rvssian, in the beautiful parish of Portland.

The Billboard chart-topping rapper arrived on Thursday afternoon with her team to work on a brand new track and shoot a music video with international producer Rvssian.

"On my way to Jamaica!" The "Bodak Yellow" hit maker announced to her fans on Instagram via her story Wednesday night sending Jamaicans into a frenzy.

On Thursday she shared footage of the view from her villa, she's reportedly staying in Port Antonio.

In October, Rvssian was photographed in studio with Puerto Rican reggaeton artiste Ozuna and Billboard record-breaking rapper Cardi B.

"We shooting the video with Cardi B and Ozuna in Jamaica, so we bringing the culture to Jamaica. And the song is a dancehall song. On the dancehall scene, I have two new juggling rhythms dropping in the next two weeks," he had promised at the time.

Media personality Amelia 'Milk' Sewell was also on set.
