Welcome Blacka Kartel. Incarcerated dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel has adopted a new monicker ahead of his new album release, Exiled Pharoah', and promptly stopped bleaching his skin. He has returned to his original dark skin tone.

The TJ Records-project will be released early next year.

For the past several years, fans have been speculating whether Vybz Kartel had  been bleaching his skin in prison. Well, surprise, surprise, it appears that was the case as the deejay has abandoned his pro-bleaching stance, and reverted to his normal dark skin tone.

The deejay's decision to stop bleaching is particularly interesting given that his eldest son decided to start bleaching earlier this year.  The dancehall deejay is currently readying his new album Exiled Pharoah set to be released in 2019.
