The reggae-dancehall world was shocked when Diana King used her official Facebook page to reveal that she is a survivor of rape. The entertainer said in a post“I was gang raped for looking at a girl too long. Blocked it for years. I was only 13. That’s #Murder of the soul #homophobia101.”

Diana King’s comment was in response to an interview Shaggy did in the United States with radio personality Sway where Shaggy said gays are not being killed in Jamaica.

Diana King who came out of the closet two years ago posted the article on her page with the caption “Really Shaggy?”

In another post Diana King said “And u don't even have and physically kill us. We die inside everyday because we r denied our human rights”.
