Why are goalposts still killing kids in Jamaica? Mi go pon Facebook yesterday and read ay a student from Chester Primary School in St Ann weh name Javane Bailey, a grade-one student, was killed when a goalpost fell on him. Why can't we get the little things right? Shouldn't there be adults supervising the kids on the playfield everyday to stop the children from climbing up on the goalposts in the first place???

In March, nine-year-old Jeremiah Yson was killed by a goalpost which fell on him at Sts Peter and Paul Prep School in
St Andrew. Earlier, in January, seven-year-old Nicholas Hamilton was killed by a goalpost at Coke View Primary School
in Westmoreland.

Why can't we do something about this?
