Fast rising singjay Tydal is gearing up for a successful 2013 given the enthusiastic response to his radio hit, Tell Dem Fi Farm, a stern warning to the youths of Jamaica to approach agriculture as a bonafide career choice.

“The work I put in during 2012 was really good for me, I did a lot of work and put out a lot of songs, that really helped me to connect with music fans all over the world, people are responding to my new Tell Dem Fi Farm song, especially people from rural Jamaica. Farming is the lifeblood of a nation, only a nation that can adequately feed itself and is self-sufficient can take care of its citizens," Tydal said.

Tydal was one of the featured artistes on this year’s staging of Tony Rebel’s prestigious Rebel Salute Festival at Richmond Estate in St. Ann. He performed his popular songs such as 'Tell Dem Fi Farm' and 'Ballground', the latter getting a nice forward from the huge crowd.

The talented singjay has seen his stocks rise since he inked a recording and management contract with Florida-based businessman Jyorken Kennedy’s Master One Productions over a year ago. According to Tydal,  signing with the company has greatly improved his career.

“Since I signed with Master One Productions I have learned a lot musically and otherwise. It’s really good to have a strong team to work with as an artiste; it allows me to be more focused creatively, this has really helped me to move forward with my career. This year I plan to build on the work that we have already done and take my career to new heights”, Tydal said.

Pushing full speed ahead with his career Tydal recently dropped the video for his hit single titled 'Tell Dem Fi Farm'. Since its release the video has been receiving strong rotation both locally on CVM and abroad, it is also getting a lot of hits on youtube.

“The song is being sold on iTunes so my music is available worldwide to millions of people, and I am already seeing a lot of great feedback on Twitter and Facebook, so I know it is working,” said the artiste.

Tydal is also getting ready to drop a brand new single titled 'Inna Mi Arms' on the Cool Shade rhythm. The song was released along with several on other songs produced by Master One Productions on the Cool Shade rhythm compilation in January.

Other artiste that have songs on the Cool Shade rhythm are Richie Spice, Anthony B, Lukie D, Teflon, Junior X, Omarri, Fayakin, Tony Frass, D’Koncep and Akeem Garrison.
