Stylish is about to flip the local dancehall industry on its head with her high-energy swashbuckling deejay style that projects the threat that this 22 year-old ghetto sex bomb can derail anything and anybody.

"People think my voice is brawling and exciting but that is just my onstage persona, Stylish off stage and off camera is laid back but when yu see me on the stage, yu better watch out," she said in a release

Born Stacie-Ann Lamoth, she attended Clan ClarthyHigh school where she graduated with several subjects.

"I grew up on Red Hills Road in the Common area before moving to Waterford in Portmore where I spent my teenage years and where I still live," she said.

The first song she recorded was Anywhere on Benzly Hype's riddim.

"What encourages me to do music was the day I got the biggest forward of my young career in the club when it was called Asylum,"

She has a growing buzz on the streets with her latest singles, Good Good, and a new video for the single, Mean Man, has upped her profile. She debuted the video last week on HYPE TV and the feedback has been immediate and incredible.

Employed in the field of accounting, Stylish juggles a demanding work schedule with the rigours and odd hours of the competitive music industry.

"It rough more time but if you waan good, yu nose affi run," she said.

Earlier this year, she had a successful run on the Magnum Kings and Queens competition before she was eliminated. She also clashed and defeated a number of female artistes during two stagings of the popular clash series, The Settlement.
