Potential Kidd is cutting a huge swath across the United Kingdom, performing at sold-out gigs at clubs in cities all over the country as dancehall fans are in the grips of his infectious sexually-laced hit songs.

He performed earlier this week in Bristol at the Malcolm X Community Centre, and a large crowd turned out to get their fill of Potential Kidd and he did not disappoint, giving a brilliant performance of his major hits such as 'Urgency' and 'Ah Ya So Nice' . Most of the fans are intrigued by his high-energy, comedic deejaying style. a welcome change from the tough-guy posturing of most local deejays.

His songs are often humorous, and sexually suggestive, full of witty metaphors and slick rhymes that engage the mind.

The Kidd continued on his successful run through the UK with a performance in London on June 10th to a sold-out nightclub and screaming patrons. Potential Kidd cut a figure of cool superstardom as he arrived in style via limousine. The deejay's booking agent, Theresa Small of Terriz Booking and Music Production, confirmed that several of the events have been booked solid so far and the reception for the deejay has been incredible.

"It has been years since a Dancehall artiste has generated so much excitement in the UK, a lot of shows have been sold out and others in non-traditional dancehall markets have also done well, he is a star for the future," a release said.

In the meantime, the Ah Ya So Nice deejay has gigs this weekend as he wraps up his tour with back-to-back-to-back shows.
"He performed on Thursday night, and the shows for the 15th and the 16th are also booked solid for the Kid. The deejay is scheduled to arrive in Jamaica on the 17th, then on the 19th, Potential Kid will be doing a media presentation to his alma mater, Boys Town All age that he has adopted to undertake several improvement projects as he gives back to his community," manager Angeletta McKenzie said in a release.
