The streets are talking about the new Notnice Records production, El Chapo riddim, that is blowing up all over the Internet.
Dancehall maverick Masicka rains down terror with 'The Right Place' with a clinical song that uses clever wordplay to narrate the macho  street threatre that dominates newspaper articles and has left the island's morgues packed and overflowing.

This song celebrates marksmanship, the killing shot, the coup de gras, if you will,  as evidenced by the line : "mi nah gi dem no belly shot fi dat damage the lung/weh mi point it? /ah inna head ah the right place and everybody know say the genna nu like trace'.

He deejays : "yeah, mi ah aim fi yu head and shot a fly through it/ man a beg fi water, that caan cool it/one strap, two cool, oil down, smooth grip/anytime it point, body gone a news clip."

Masicka's song has racked up over 500,000 views since its release.

Newcomer Jafrass shows that he has the lyrical chops to hang with the heavyweights with 'War Mi Nuh',  a clash invitation issued to rival Alkaline. He deejays: 'dem bwoy de no buss head/dem nah buss no head/diss country man, see it de, dem go dead.'

Popcaan has racked up one million views for the title track, 'El Chapo'. He connects with dark melodies hidden in the riddim.
He deejays: '.El Chapo, El Chapo, El Chapo, dawg, killy killy, killy killy....evil head, evil head, whoi, evil meds, evil meds, whoi..'.

Wasp shows up to ask the question :'Why Envy' , showing his lyrical dexterity and his ability to play on words in a fun, PG-13 way. He speaks about the perennial problems of 'bad mind', envy and 'grudgeful' that often plagues relationships in the ghetto.

The riddim is now available on iTunes and other downloadable platforms.
