Well-known events promoter Moonie British was killed by unknown assailants a few minutes ago (October 24th). He was hanging out in front of his bar, a popular hangout spot off Molynes Road when he was attacked by men who ran him down and emptied a magazine into his body.   

 

"The man dem walk up and shot up the place. Is a wonder no one else no get shot. The man dem run him down and empty the magazine inna him," one eyewitness said.

He reportedly played dominoes on the corner of Lorraine Avenue and Sundown Crescent often. He also operated a small bar in the area.
