Ninjaman's lawyers have successfully applied to the Supreme Court to have the conditions of his bail varied in order to allow the entertainer to perform at stage shows and dances after 9 p.m. The artiste, who had been granted bail in the sum of $2 million, had a condition of his bail set that he and his co-accused had to be  at home between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night.  He can now perform four nights a week.  

Ninjaman is represented by famed defence lawyer Valerie Neita Robertson. Ninja Man and his son are to appear in the Home Circuit Court on July 16 when their trial is expected to start. 

They are charged jointly with Dennis Clayton and Seymour Samuels for the March 16, 2009 murder of Richard Johnson.
