Word on the street is that Vybz Kartel could be tried as a 'crime boss' instead of a world boss because of his clout and influence in Portmore where he is alleged to be the leader of a gang in the Waterford area. The prosecution is alleged that two men, Williams and another man known as 'Wee', were summoned to the house in Havendale in order to be questioned about two missing guns. Williams was allegedly beaten with a pickaxe and concrete blocks and it is believed that he was eventually murdered, however, 'Wee' escaped the Havendale premises and is expected to be the major witness in the case against the deejay.

There is also damning video evidence against the deejay. Will he still be granted bail? Or are the crimes he is being accused of so serious in nature that bail cannot be an option?
