The system continues to sweat the self-proclaimed 'World Boss like a potato pudding in a sweltering oven. Postponed court dates. Incomplete prosecutorial dockets. Absent judges. Indifferent cops. Everything seems designed to break the World Boss' resolve to return to dancehall and his legion of loyal fans.    Incarcerated deejay Adidja 'Vybz Kartel' Palmer and his co-accused Vanessa ‘Gaza Slim’ Saddler and Andre ‘Pim-Pim’ Henry will be tried on a charge of perverting the course of justice in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court on November 12th.

The trial, which had been set to kick off on August 29th, was postponed because of the absence of the presiding judge and the non-disclosure of statements to the defence. Kartel was remanded into custody while the other accused had their bails extended.
