Three artistes have announced that they will not be performing on this year's Jamaica Curry Festival at Richmond Estate in St. Ann because various contractual obligations have not been met. Jahvinci and Romain Virgo sent out releases yesterday apologising to fans about the misrepresentation and promised that they would soon be performing in St. Ann.

Zamunda's management team also announced this morning that the artiste would not be appearing because the promoters had "failed to honour their end of
the negotiations."

"No contract has been signed nor is there any deposit received by the Artiste and his Management team. As soon as Zamunda’s team was made aware of him been promoted for this event via flyer, posters and television ads they contacted Tropical Vibes the promoter of the Jamaica Curry Festival to try and
rectify the situation," the release said.

Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a mutually beneficial arrangement, and as a result, the artiste will not be a part of this event.

Zamunda wishes to inform all his fans that he has several more performances for the rest of the year and he hopes to see them there. He would also like to advise promoters to stop this unscrupulous behavior and the misrepresentation of artistes who aren’t booked officially for an event.
