The track and field sport is buzzing with excitement after Tyson Gay clocked 9.84 seconds to upset the 23-year-old World and Olympic champion Usain Bolt. The victory, hailed by many as being great for the fans and the sport, was Gay's first ever win over the World and Olympic champion over 100m.  


The injured Asafa Powell did not run, but he is expected to face off against both Bolt and Gay at the final Diamond League meet of the year on August 27th in Brussels.
