Negril is bracing for the Appleton Special Dream Weekend tonight which kicks off this year’s staging with Magnum Dream Live Concert at Cayenne Beach in Negril.

 

Scott Dunn, managing director of Dream Entertainment Ltd — organisers of Appleton Special Dream Weekend, is amped about what promises to be a great weekend of entertainment. 

“For the Dream Live Concert, rehearsals have been going great and patrons should look forward for a great show. It’s the first time we’re using a live band, Ruff Kutt, and we have a great line- up,” Dunn told the media this week.

Dancehall stars Popcaan, Bounty Killer, Spice, Masicka, and Ding Dong will perform. Bella Blair,  Magnum King Accid and Magnum Queen Clymaxx round out the slate of artistes.

The annual summer series boasts nine parties over five days and is slated to run until August 1.
