Noted producer Donovan Germaine will hold centrestage at the next edition of popular eclectic acoustic series dubbed 'Fuzed' which will kick off on March 26th at the Funky Munky in New Kingston.

The brainchild of Vivian Thomas aka Pusha who multi-tasks as a producer, a manager and a songwriter in the music industry, Fuzed has gained impetus over the last couple of months with exciting and adventurous choices that will titillate your musical palette.
"For the end of March show, we are commemorating the achievements of Penthouse Records and Donovan Germaine. We are looking forward to the future generation of Penthouse acts like Suga, D Major, Dalton, and RC," Vivian Thomas, organiser of Fuzed, said.
The first show kicked off last year with I Wayne and a young dub poet by the name of MEEKA Nyota gracing the stage. All were backed by an acoustic band.
Over the last 4 months, Thomas has followed up that with a smorgasbord of acts and producers such as Sizzla, Jeremy Harding, and Team Coalition (VoiceMail, Torch, Chevaughn).
"This month, we felt that Donovan Germaine would add to the event because of his vast knowledge of music and the fact that he has one of the most impressive catalogues in reggae music bar none. I started to listen to the music he produced and what his label was about," Thomas said.
Thomas himself is a noted producer having worked with international reggae acts such as Daville, the UK-based Gappy Ranks and Sizzla Kalonji. He has groomed several young artistes and producers through the industry like Neutron (artist producer), Jagan (JK4 Productions) and several other acts he has influenced over his career. Now, he has found a way to use his love for sports and entertainer and teamed up with Red Bull to present a football competition that all are open to play.
"Right now, I am focussing on the Red Bull Winning 5, because it is a competition that can give back to talented inner city youth who are gifted at football. All are invited to participate in the football contest this May, you will read more about it soon. So again there are still some genuine people who love the arts and are willing to stick to what they know and love," he said
