The $100 to 1 threshold is rapidly approaching as it was reported today that the Jamaican dollar lost $0.14 against the United States dollar in trading. The ailing dollar lost $0.60 against the Canadian dollar, but gained $0.20 against the British Pound Sterling. The gains and losses are based on the average selling rates.
Below are the rates: US $97.12 buying $98.03 selling Pound Sterling $144.85 buying $148.55 selling Canadian $94.98 buying $96.96 selling Cayman Islands $116.35 buying $117.47 selling
