Gospel lovers are raving about a new artiste called DJ Prayer Warrior whose new song and video, Praise and Worship are doing well on local cable TV.   "I am a sing jay and I have a passion for music. I didn’t choose music but music choose me I am not just a D.J but a Prayer Warrior who reaches out for the soul of people and win the lost at any cost," the man who was born Ucal Dawkins said.
"I earn the name D.J Prayer Warrior because I am a praying person and a firm believer in prayer. I know that prayer changes things. Hallelujah, Hallelujah," he said.
DJ Praya Warrior is a member of Hope Gospel Assembly since February 2011, and previously, was a member of the Bethlehem Reform Church of God 10 years.
"The songs that I minister touch lives everywhere I go . Some of the places that I have ministered are: Bethlehem Reform Church of god, Rock Hall All Age School, Meadowbrook High School, Fern Court High School, and a church concert in St. Ann," he said.
"I also came second on Roll Out, a show that airs on Smile Jamaica in 2010 with the song, 'Woe Satan ago weep some more'," he said.
Look out for D.J Prayer Warrior because I am full of vibes and is spreading the gospel with a heart of truth and love.
The messages in my songs are very clear:.
Ashes to Ashes , Dust to Dust seek he first because a god come first
(Wherefore I abhor myself and repent in Dust and Ashes Job 42 vs 6)
Woe Satan ago weep some more
(This means that evil cannot prevail over good)
Love conquers all
(Without love I am nothing, nothing at all)
Praise and worship them call mi
(I will praise god through the good times and the bad times)
"As I continue my ministry through singing, I am looking forward to touching lives all over the world, I know with God all things are possible. I believe his words," DJ Praya Warrior said.
