COP KILLS CHEN-SINGH LIVE ON TAPE Featured

    The long-awaited trial of detective sergeant Lloyd Kelly is expected to begin in the Home Circuit Court today.  Kelly is charged with the July 29, 2010 murder of Ian Lloyd, otherwise called ‘Chen-Singh’. The shooting was captured on amateur video, check it out.    
 
 

It’s reported that on the day in question the police were called to the community of Buckfield in St. Ann, following an incident involving Lloyd and a woman. 
 
It was reported that he had stabbed the woman to death. 
 
A constable, who was part of the police team which went to apprehend Lloyd, was caught on tape beating him while he was on the ground. 
 
A plain-clothes policeman was then seen shooting a subdued Lloyd in full view of on-lookers.
