Club Riddim: Dancehall's Official Nightclub" has ramped up its entertainment offerings this Christmas by diversifying its nightime slate of events. Shortly after forging a partnership with ace deejay Bounty Killer to host his weekly Bounty Sundays event, American businessman Corey Todd has moved to partner with popular comedians Ity and Fancy Cat to present the (drum roll please) "Ity and Fancy Cat After Work Jam' every Friday beginning December 9th.

The night will include wacky comedy, offbeat and off-colour jokes, and interactive amusement in New Kingston on a weekly basis as Club Riddim rolls out its special Friday-evening entertainment experience.

"Ity and Fancy Cat are easily Jamaica's top comedy act so we feel that this night is going to be an instant hit because they know how to work an audience and we want to bring back that vibe where working people can come and party and laugh, and de-stress after a hard week at work," Corey Todd said in a release.

Ity and Fancy Cat honed their craft and practiced their mastery of participatory party entertainment, as hosts at the then Asylum night club from 2000 to 2009. During that time Ity hosted ‘Wacky Friday’ after-work jam and Fancy Cat hosted ‘Girls Night Out’ every week. Working individually, Ian ‘Ity’ Ellis and Alton ‘Fancy Cat’ Hardware had the club filling up and the bars kept busy, while the stage and dance floor constantly erupted in excitement with their irreverent antics on Fridays and Tuesdays respectively. Now they join forces to make every Friday a phenomenal experience with The Ity & Fancy Cat After-work Jam at Club Riddim.

The 'Ity and Fancy Cat After-work Jam' promises to be the ultimate after-work jam in New Kingston. According to Ity, the event  ‘will be like a weekly working people holiday, a crazy, laughter-filled escape from worries and problems’.

Patrons can come straight from work ready to unwind, become unhinged, or get unravelled with uninhibited fun, as the crazy duo delivers delightful comedic commentary and facilitates a host games, gags and giveaways in their inimitable style.

"Yeah man, ah total fun. Just figat bout who a stress unnu and come mek wi bless unnuu!’ Fancy Cat said in a release.
