Reggae soul singer Chris Demontague is all smiles these days after his 'Missing You' took a virtual hammerlock on the number one position on the Jamaica Music Countdown chart for the past two weeks.

"Ever since I did ER a few weeks ago, the song has just taken off more. A girl called me yesterday to say that the driver played the Missing You song on repeat rom Toll Gate to Kingston. The streets have also been responding, I spoke to Worm from Bass Odyssey the other day and he told me that people are asking him 'who is this artiste?'," Chris Demontague said.

"I just want to big up the selectors like Bad Ras from Rebel T and the whole Rebel T squad, Virus who ah deal wid it wicked and all the selectors dem from St. Elizabeth who ah show love. Big up ZJ Bambino and Sparks and Electra who are giving me multiple spins," the release continued.

Chris Demontague performed at a HITZ FM show in Montego Bay last Saturday. He also performed at the JCDC's 'Western Gala' in Montego Bay on August 6th.
