Chedda on promotional swing through the US Featured

Rising dancehall star Tyrello Johnson better known as Chedda on Wednesday, departed the island for his second week-long promotional stint in the U.S. to raise the profile of  his latest single ‘Bad Inna Song’ which continues to heat up the urban airwaves in Connecticut and the New York Tri-State area. As part of the campaign a series of radio and television interviews have been organised to officially introduce the artiste to that marketplace
.
 
The song featured on the soon-to-be-released ‘Old Bring New Rhythm’ produced by Blackspyda Records was initially introduced on the mixtape circuit before eventually making its way onto the FM airwaves.
The creative composition which addresses to the recent spate of unfortunate beatings in the dancehall arena seems have found favour with the masses and his management has already enacted an aggressive campaign locally to promote the song leading into the New Year.
 
With two music videos namely; ‘Fake Jeans Admit It’ and ‘Cleanest’ the latter featuring QQ in regular rotation throughout the Caribbean Diaspora, Chedda is looking to make an even greater impact in 2011.
 
The artiste is due to return to Jamaica next weekend to fulfill a number of engagements for the holiday season including the current island-wide Claro Road Show where is has so far performed on the Maypen and Mandeville legs.
