Bounty Killer Beats Assault case...again Featured

Dancehall deejay Bounty Killer has been freed of assault charges in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court, allowing the Five Star General to breathe a huge sigh of relief as one of several legal battles is over.

After his attorney made a no-order submission, the case was dismissed by Resident Magistrate Lorna Shelly-Williams

Bounty had been charged with unlawful wounding and assault following an incident in September when his 19-year-old companion, Racquel Smith, alleged that she was attacked with a hammer.

The RM made the no order after the investigating officer failed to locate Smith.
