AhZiD burns up airwaves with 'Gal Bruk Out' Featured

Kevon 'AhZiD' Smalling is already a legend on the south coast of Jamaica where his high energy deejay style and powerful lyrics have made him a favourite at parties and sound system dances from St. Elizabeth to Clarendon.

Formerly known as "Kila Don', he is a young aspiring and talented artist from NewMarket in St.Elizabeth who has been generating a lot of buzz in the dancehall with a slew of new singles such as 'Bad Mind' on the Clearance riddim, Most I on the Survivor riddim and Climax on the Blue Gem riddim.

"The people are responding to my energy, music is my lifestyle, my occupation, mi live it and breathe it and now mi ah go tek it to the whole world," the confident young man said in a release.

He is getting a lot of street props for hard-hitting songs such as Enemies are Forever and Wonder Why which are already underground dancehall world. Also other on mentionedsingles. People can reach Ahzid on Facebook by searching for Kevon 'Ahzid' Smailling and also joining his music group on Face book named Ahzid where you can listen to his growing catalogue of singles.

AhziD is the protoge of dancehall superstar Khago who re-christened him AhziD a few years ago.

"Ah Khago change mi name from Killa Don and from mi start use Ahzid, mi ting just a tek off pon rapid," he said.

"I don't know if ah the image mi portray or the sound, but people ah gravitate towards the ting right now."

He plans to shoot a video for a single called 'Gal Bruk Out' on GT Taylor's new riddim, GTX, next month because of the forward buzz he has been getting on it in the streets.

"Da song de ah go buss mi, right now, ah crazy dub requests mi a get fi it on Facebook," he said.

He has performed at several editions of GT Taylor's Xtravaganza, Westmoreland Invasion and Hype 2k. He will be performing at 'Higher Swag' on February 20th in New Market. Come out and see the AhziD live.
