Singing Sweet hits #1 with 'Not a Bad Thing' Featured

  Reggae star Singing Sweet has solidified his comeback with a number one single, 'Not a Bad Thing' featuring Chino. The video for the song soared to the #1 spot on the FIWI Choice top ten chart this weekend.



"The response I have been getting has been incredible over the past month, this week alone I got like about 30 spins on local radio on this song so I am happy," Singing Sweet said.
He is now turning his attention towards other songs such as the popular love ballad, 'Caan Get Over You'.

The single, 'Caan Get Over You', which is released on the Sweet Music label, has already charted on the FIWI Choice top ten charts which airs on CVM. A video for 'Not a Bad Thing' is now in rotation on RE and HYPE TV.
Singing Sweet is booked to appear on IRIE FM's popular 'Whats the Scoop' programme this Saturday, which provides artistes to do a live platforms that is broadcast live over the radio and Internet simultaneously. 
"Mi love the response mi a get inna the streets, the songs dem a play, 'Caan Get Over You' has been added to mix tapes for Don Kingston, and Dotcom, so right now the promotion ah gwaan good," he said. 
Singing Sweet is known for the hit covers of the singles, 'Oh Donna', a Richie Valens original, and 'When I See You Smile' which was an international smash hit for rock band Bad English.
He is booked to perform at a couple of club shows in New York, Boston, and Miami during the next couple of shows. He also has tentative offers for a couple of Summer festivals this Summer.
