Sportsmax defends rights to broadcast NBA games

The International Media Content Limited (IMC), owner of the SportsMax Channels, has advised that the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the United States has authorised specific channels to broadcast its content.

  My nine year-old son, Chase, recently did a Religious Education exam. One of the questions asked: Which religion did the Spaniards introduce to the Tainos? He wrote with supreme, incredible confidence that all nine year olds possess: “The type of religion that the Spaniards brought to the Tainos is the (drum roll please)....“Religion of Death”.

Rayvon and Sugar Bear head off on 'Sugarcane' tour

Recording artistes Rayvon and Sugar Bear are creating waves internationally with the 'Sugar Cane' single. The duo launched the song before a fair-sized crowd at the Limelight nightclub in Half-Way-Tree in May and the the song has taken off. The single, Sugar Cane, a collaboration between deejay Sugar Bear and singer Rayvon has earned reviews from the public and music critics alike. Now the two head off to do a Sugarcane tour which will feature liver performances on a number of shows including Reggae Nights South Bay on Friday, July 14th at Redondo Beach Pier, Poom Poom Tuesdays on July 18th and Fayah Sundays on July 16th. 

Constable Herbert Hyman attached to the Mobile Reserve was shot and killed in Central Village on Monday, July 3, 2017. Reports are that the constable went to visit his baby mother when he was ambushed by gunmen in Windsor Heights.
