Lovers Rock has always had a special place in my heart. Its the one ingredient that adds the spice to reggae, just ask Freddie McGregor, Richie Spice, LUST, Taurus Riley and one of my unsung heroes JahNiceness. Ask any lover of great reggae music, we all know Bob Marley & Dennis Brown made a whole career off singing great lovers rock reggae.
If you are a lovers rock fan and a Sugar Minot fan we might just remember that he's (JahNiceness) a former group leader for then "The True Traditional Family", until leaving the group in 2002 to pursue his solo musical career. Born Henry Bell (aka Niceness) in Clarendon,he was exposed to the industry while attending Calabar High School in Kingston Jamaica. After visiting local studios during his final year Sugar Minot stopped everyone in there tracks and declared that he had found the one.
The writing and endless studio hrs had begun and the witty crooner immediately became famous at the studio writing tracks for several acts through the years.

Now in a different phase of his career JahNiceness is more focused on making global hits and solidifying his place in the world as a reggae ambassador. He presently co owns Kellz Production along with his partner Kelly Parks Bell and with the duo at the helm of his career the music has never been better.

So please listen out for new tracks and productions from this crooner and his team.
