  The fingerprints of an accused man, who is charged with assault at common law, were ordered after he pleaded guilty to the offence of attacking his male cousin. He appeared in the Spanish Town RM Court earlier this week. 

The accused, Damion Dacres and the complainant Owen Brebridge are cousins  and it is alleged that on July 20, 2015 Dacres chopped at Owen twice with a machete.

"Your honour from mi fada rent him a room inna de yard a pure problem between mi and him. Him a try fi mi fada run mi out," Dacres explained.

Dacres'  CIB and SER reports were ordered and he will return to court  to appear before Senior RM Lyle Armstrong for sentencing on October 29, 2015.
