LGBT community marches in Montego Bay

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Pride group in Montego Bay, St James held an event called 'Walk for Rights' on Sunday, their first march to end Pride Week celebrations,

Police in St James are probing the death of an elderly man whose body was found at his home yesterday with the limbs missing.

A 16-year-old boy was reportedly accidentally shot and killed in Portmore, St Catherine on Wednesday. Reports are that about 3:40 p.m., two 16-year-old boys were at a premises in Independence City playing with a firearm, when the weapon went off, hitting one of the teens, who has been identified as Daniel Wray.

Woman District Constable Mellissa Edwards- Whyte, who was assigned to Crime Stop, chopped to death during a domestic dispute at her home at about 9:00 pm on Saturday, September 29.

  Jamaica has been rocked by yet another murder-suicide. The latest incident involves a man from St. James who hacked his common-law wife,  and her step daughter to death, in the Rosemount community  Sunday morning,  September 23rd and committed suicide  

  Speculation is rampant as to why a  29-year-old pastor was shot and killed by a gunman at a church on Old Harbour Road in St Catherine on Thursday evening.
