The entertainment fraternity breathed a sigh of relief when they heard that members of the popular sound system, Di Unit, were alive after a serious motor vehicle collision in Sligoville, St Catherine, on Christmas Day.
Tall Boss, remains hospitalised after receiving three broken ribs and a punctured right lung but is expected to be released next week. The other members, Badda Bling, Niney and Little Rich have been treated and released.
"We were going to the venue early to string up the sound, when all of a sudden mi see a bus in front a we coming with a speed. The bus hit the car head on. Di Unit was formed in May after splitting from popular Portmore-based sound, Flava Unit.
The group missed their gig at Sting on Saturday, but said they will honour all their remaining engagements.
