The legal team assembled by Vybz Kartel will be seeking to overturn a detention order served on the artiste by the authorities to extend his five-day detention order. The Clarks singer had been served papers informing of his further detention yesterday but given that other persons detained have not been released, he must be resigning himself to a further 30 day stretch behind bars or at least a detention that lasts until July 22nd. The legal team will be going before the Emergency Powers Review Tribunal to seek his release next week.
