The daily struggles of people around the world and the choices that they make for their loved ones are chronicled in Jahdore’s latest single titled Security Work.
Security Work has been blowing up FM radio and is easily one of the most poignant tracks permeating the Jamaican airwaves.
The follow up to his number one hit single This Love Is Over; Jahdore is quite upbeat about the feedback coming from Security Work.
In a release to the media, the singer/songwriter/musician said “The feedback has been wonderful. People, who listen to the song, love the message and can relate to it. The song is not specifically talking about security work, but it is highlighting jobs overall and everyday life situations”.
Jahdore said the concept for the song came about based on experiences from other persons.
“The song is really about the choices that we make which we end up regretting sometimes. Sometimes we end up doing things that we didn’t want to. Some of the jobs that we do are basically to keep our family happy and provide some food on the table”, Jahdore explained.
Security Work is a joint production between Heartcour Productions and Jahdore Music Production.
A video to further promote the song is currently in the works.
Jahdore’s latest singles include Nah Let Mi Go (Heartcour Production); Come Over featuring Ruth and produced by Russian for Head Concussion Music; and Hello Girl for Aza Yard Music.
Said Jahdore, “Hello Girl us a slow love song showcasing the softer side of Jahdore”.
