Dancehall star Kiprich is pumped that his video for the single, “Dash Pon Them' has been added to major rotation on the popular BET Jams, once more catapulting him to the international spotlight.

"It's a great look. The BET Boy is back again," Kiprich told ONE876 EDITOR Claude Mills.

"The video hit BET Jams last Sunday. It played three times, I missed the first play but someone saw it and sent it to my phone so mi tune in and see it for myself. It is just a joy right now, the thing different, crazy rappers ah direct message me on my Instagram say they want to do a collaborations so my international profile is way up," he said.

BET Jams is an American digital cable television network controlled by BET Networks and owned by Viacom Media Networks. The channel features hip-hop and urban contemporary music videos. The network, formerly known as MTV Jams, was rebranded under the BET banner on October 5, 2015.Kiprj

Kiprich recorded the single 18 months ago for the label Mr. Barnacle Presents..." and the video was shot a few months later. The song was officially released three weeks ago via online distribution outlets.

"Right now, i feel great because it was like about 14 years ago when I last had a video that made it to MTV, BET  and MTV France, so for it to happen now, it's a joy because it shows nothing happens before the time," he said.

KipRich wrote Elephant Man's 'Jook Gal', and was featured on the remix of the son - featuring Twista and Youbloodz - which peaked at number 20 on the Billboard R&B/ Hip Hop Chart in 2003.

Kiprich is being managed by Natural Bridge Records and its chief executive officer Mark Pinnock. The two are planning a frontal assault on the music industry this summer, riding this latest wave of success.

Kiprich's follow up single, 'Haffi Come Back' featuring the 'Bad Gyal' Cecile is already pounding FM radio into submission. Kiprich travelled to California this past week to shoot visuals for the  highly anticipated music video for “Haffi Come Back”.

"A new producer called Champ was the one who built the beat for 'Haffi Come Back', i had wanted a riddim that was street and had an international feel and Champ came up with the riddim and as soon as i heard while I was in Atlanta, the vibes come to me to write the song and Neon did the demo, but I needed a female and my manager, Mark Pinnock, recommended Ceclle and the rest is history, every radio station ah play it," he said

Kiprich is also gearing up to push another single,'Ah Dat Mi Waan Back' , on the popular 'Rum and Boom' riddim. He has a number of bookings this Summer including the Atlanta Carnival, Orlando Carnival, the Chicago Jerk Fest and two week tour of the Caribbean.

Kiprich is known for hit singles such as ‘Telephone Ting’, ‘Baby Mama Drama’, ‘The Letter’ and ‘Happy Life’ featuring Dancehall Queen Nickiesha.
