OLD MAN CHARGED WITH BUGGERY BY court reporter Althea Burrell

An elderly accused who was fit to plea when he appeared before Resident Magistrate Natalie Brooks pleaded not guilty to sexual touching and buggery.  


Based on the seriousness of the case, the allegations could not be read aloud in court. 

However, it was gleaned that the incident which took place in Kitson Town,  St.  Catherine where the accused Trevor Prescott has been in custody since August 2015.

He was granted bail in the sum of $150,000 with one to two sureties. Conditions of his bail are that he resides in Linstead at his aunt  and report to the Linstead police on Fridays and Saturday's between the hours of 6am and 6pm, and that Prescott is not to interfere with the witnesses in the matter. 

His preliminary enquiry is set for April 7, 2016.
