Man gets reprieve on destruction of property charge
"Mr. Green do not come back before this court again. You might not be so lucky the next time. Now tell the lady thanks and shake her hand too," RM Horace Mitchell told the accused.
Andrew Green is alleged to have thrown the complainant unwrap peanut cakes to the ground, valued $4000. However, after a report was made to the Spanish Town Police the accused man made a restitution of $2000.
The judge then ordered that a further $3000 be paid. One thousand dollars is for expense.
The case was then dismissed after the monies was made over and the judge ordered that they live good.
