A manager from Songster's Bookstore was among the nine persons who appeared in the Spanish Town RM Court charged with abstracting electricity.

The manager Raquel Duncan along with Sophia Leu and Nickeisha Williams pleaded not guilty and had their trial dates set for February 12, February 8 and January 29, 2016 respectively.

However, it was totally different story for Nicole Goldson who was represented by Courtney Maxwell who pleaded vigorously for leniency on behalf of his client.

The RM was not in a particularly forgiving mood and his pleas for leniency were summarily dismissed. Goldson, along with Tishana Scott, Taneisha Reynolds and Camille Burrowes were each fined $150,000 or 30 days imprisonment.

Another accused, Christopher McIntosh, who failed to appear in court had a warrant executed for his arrest.
