In a week when fear gripped the US following the deaths of three persons during a terrorist attack by Chechen immigrants in Boston, a U.S. State Department law enforcement officer will be sentenced for an act akin to treason given recent events:accepting a bribe to help someone gain a visa to enter the United States. David Rainsberger who pleaded guilty to accepting bribes to help a “well-known” Jamaican dancehall deejay gain a visa to enter the United States, will be sentenced today April 19,2013.

David Rainsberger also admitted to making false statements to the U.S. government on a national security questionnaire.
