The two men charged with the shooting of former Spanish Town Mayor, Dr Raymoth Notice, have been identified. They are Oral Fraser, otherwise call ‘Taggy’ or ‘Gold Teeth’, and Sheldon Young, both of Bog Walk District, St Catherine.

The men are to appear in court next week to answer to charges of robbery with aggravation, illegal possession of firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.

Dr Notice was shot and injured at his home in West Prospect Bog Walk, St Catherine on December 21.

He underwent emergency surgery and is recuperating at home after being discharged from hospital earlier this week.

Young and Fraser were picked up by the police and subsequently charged with the attack on the medical doctor and politician.
