Dowayne Morrison was born on the 21st of February, to parents Beverlyn Edwards and Hylton Morrison in the small district of Arcadia in the parish of St Thomas Jamaica W.I. Priceles at an early age moved to the, district of Pear Tree River where he resided with his grandparents. He attended Pear Tree River Primay School and Seaforth High School, where he excelled in his educational curriculums.

Priceless started showing signs of becoming a DJ at the tender age of 8. Some of his schoolmates would beat the classroom desktops for him to DJ for them. On Sunday afternoons, his cousin would take him to the family’s sound system, where he would also DJ.
While in high school, Priceles would perform at school concerts and in his community, but his real feel for music came in 1997 when he auditioned at Arrows Recording Studio. This audition led to his first hit single title “Nuh Cheat Pon Mi Gal”. The realities of life soon took effect, and in 1999 Priceles was forced to take a job as a basic school teacher at the Pear Tree River Basic School. In his six years as a teacher Priceles kept his passion for writing and never gave up on his love for music. In 2002 Priceles and friends started a 5 member group called M. R. C. With his friends as rappers he developed his signature style as the lone DJ, singer, sing jay, song writer. In November 2003, M.R.C entered the Portmore talent search, and finished second. Priceles has also shared the stage with some of Jamaica’s top entertainers. Some examples of his work includes debutes at shows such as East Fest, Saddle to the East, Summer Hype & Asylum Night. In November 2005 Priceles transfered his work to Kingston in order to be closer to the recording studio. While working at the wharf in Kingston, Priceles met Rohan Hoffman of Good Yute Production. Soon after that meeting he was asked to write on Hoffman’s Trash Out Riddim for one of the baddest female artistes that would emerge in the dancehall scene. That song was Pamputaes hit "Good Good". Priceles also recorded a song on the Trash out Riddim known as “Nuh Know Style”. It was then that Priceless proved hiself to be a master songwriter and as a result has crafted other work for Pamputae.
Priceles is linked with Good Yute Production, and is signed to East Rock Entertainment. He is more of a solo artiste these days and is known for his smooth flow. It was with his singjay style that he recorded “Poor Lhow Mi”on Hoffmans newest riddim. This song is currently in constant rotation on radio stations around Jamaica and beyond. His hits include Better Days, Reverence and the newest track called "All Alone" featuring Jamaica's newest female singing sensation Emoshan. The debut? video for “ALL ALONE” was shoot by Asha Mcail and is currently in rotation on RE and CVM . Priceles has traveled to Barbados and recently Guyana promoting his new hits. All that can be said is look out world here come Priceles with some positive music.
