Down Sound Records artiste Nature has released a video for his latest single, Trying Man, this week.      "The video features the journey of  a struggling artiste, a trying man, who makes the trip from country to town in search of his fortune. There are shots of me on a country bus with my guitar and shots of various studios in the Corporate Area before I found my home at Down Sound. There are also scenes with regular Jamaicans hustling and trying to scrape a living," he said.
"Down Sound and Josef Bogdanovich have the capabilities and resources to manage artistes. Things are moving in the direction I've always wanted to go," he said.
Nature is also known for the singles Mama You Saved Me, Wasting Time and World Peace, the latter of which has opened up doors for him internationally. According to Nature, World Peace has racked up more than 100,000 views on YouTube since its release two months ago.
He scored his first number one single this week with ‘World Peace’ which rocketed to the top of the FIWI Choice Top Ten charts which airs on CVM TV. He dethroned deejay Aidonia from the top spot two weeks ago and has locked it down ever since.
"I am still getting a lot of feedback on Twitter and Facebook and the bookings are coming in to Down Sound. I did a lot of shows over the Summer, but now it appears that Europe is showing a keen interest so I am expecting great things in the future," Nature said.
Nature is working on a yet-to-be titled album which will be released this Fall on the DSR imprint.
He is also in negotiations for upcoming tours.
