Is the video evidence of Vybz Kartel in the Clive 'Lizard' Williams case legit? Or it over-reaching by desperate cops looking to keep the World Boss off the streets ? Is their really cell phone footage of Kartel committing some sort of deadly deed? With the exoneration of Tesha Miller amid allegations of evidence-planting by the police and fabrication of evidence, there is a fresh movement to re-examine the Kartel case and the evidence that is being used to keep the World Boss from achieving bail.
Remember in November 2011, they said that the video evidence was an excellent reason why Kartel should remain behind bars. But why is that video not being used by prosecution as a reason not to grant him bail? Is the evidence flimsy? Reports are that the evidence turned over to the prosecution include telephone data, video tape material, blood samples and other forensic material taken from the scene. The bloodstains found in the Havendale house is of human origin. In the meantime, Adidjah “Vybz Kartel” Palmer, Cayro Jones, Calvin “Moonie” Haye, and Shawn Campbell AKA Shawn Storm are being held without bail. The police theorise that the man in the video is Clive “Lizard” Williams who was beaten then stabbed to death in his Havendale house on August 16th over a missing gun. The house was set on fire and the body has yet to be found.
