  Word on the street is that reggae gospel singer George Nooks was rushed to the Medical Associates hospital this afternoon after complaining of "severe pains". A source close to the artiste said that a team of doctors were conducting a series of tests to see what had caused the flare up which led to "excruciating pain".

Could inconsistencies in the evidence proffered against George Nooks lead to the case being dismissed? Attorney at law Tom Tavares Finson believes so.
